And then, she turns her focus to equipping, training, coaching, and empowering the founding team to continue forward.

ABOUT JESS
Founded in 2018, Jess Trinca Consulting was born out of passion. After +15 years of progressing through Television advertising and brand partnerships, integrated content marketing, mobile gaming, and digital agency services, she realized that no matter the company, or the industry, she has the can-do attitude to work through the early-stage tasks to set up the right systems and the operational foresight to bring the company’s visions to life.
The work she does is the work she loves. Each project looks a little different, depending on the stage and vision of the company. Over the last few years, she’s proud to have:
Supported a client through a high 8-figure exit after helping grow the organization from 5 to 120+ while remaining profitable.
Brought an overseas software company to the United States, implemented all operational systems and service providers required, recruited, hired, and managed the founding team, and led early business development and marketing initiatives.
Lead the development of a software company’s Global Customer Success division, resulting in +105% net revenue retention and +90% customer satisfaction score.
Supported a founder through the launch of their company, implementing all foundational business elements and setting the team up to 3x their business within the year.
After 20 years in Los Angeles, Jess now calls Philadelphia home.
